Hi, I’m Katie — a registered nurse, craniosacral fascial therapist, and passionate believer in holistic healing. After working in one of the busiest emergency department’s in the country, I spent several years in a wellness clinic where I deepened my knowledge of supplements, vitamins, and holistic therapies.

When my own child’s health challenges led me to craniosacral fascial therapy (CFT), everything clicked. Now I serve families across Moore County and beyond with CFT, supplement guidance, and soon, lactation support — helping families live longer, happier, and healthier lives.
